Following a meeting between IRIS NFP Solutions Managing Director Dale Thomas and representatives of the CARE User Group Executive, an agreement was reached to commit to a minimum of 50 days roadmap work selected by choosing the most popular items on the Buzz22 customer feedback site.

FOllowing a request from the CARE User Group Executive we are now publishing the outline release timetable for 2012. You can find this in the Document Store under the 'CARE Roadmap' heading. This includes the dates for Early Adopter and General Release and also the cut off dates for inclusion of enhancements in 12R2

Later today clients will start receiving invitations to join the Buzz22 feedback community that was trailed at the October User Group. There is an Introduction to Buzz22 and 'How to Use' note in the document store, and this includes a link to a recording of simple lesson in using Buzz. We will also be loading a Windows Media Player version so you don't need to download the webex player.
We hope this provides a more direct way for clients to input to the roadmap and gain support from your peers.
